Our Mission
We are dedicated to supporting children with neurodiverse learning needs by providing scholarships for tuition and enriching educational experiences. Our goal is to empower these children to reach their full potential and foster a more inclusive community.

Our Story
We created this foundation in memory of Elizabeth Ann Oswalt, my sister and our original unboxed thinker, to ensure neurodiverse learners can access the instruction and education they need, regardless of their family’s financial situation.
Our impact
In our first year, we’ve awarded nearly $15,000 in scholarships to unboxed thinkers who need education done differently. We’re building momentum toward a sustainable model where cost isn’t the barrier for our brilliant kids.
Join Us
Help us remove financial barriers for neurodiverse learners. Contribute to our scholarship fund directly, donate items for our May online auction, or both. Your support ensures that cost isn’t what keeps an unboxed thinker from thriving.
Learn More about Beth.
The original unboxed thinker whose beautiful, complicated life taught me so much. For so much of life Beth was the glue holding the Oswalt family together: no one would say “no” to attending her 50th birthday party, for example. Her life ended far too soon, but her impact continues to resonate deeply.

Learn More about Conduit.
Your support fuels our programs and helps us continue providing vital educational opportunities for children with neurodiverse needs. Our current work partners directly with Conduit so every donation goes directly to support a Conduit Academy learner.
